If you are contacting us about a return, remember to email us for an RMA number and state the reason for your return before you send your return or you may invalidate your return.

Please put your ORDER NUMBER in the subject header. Product Inquiries should include the name of the product...not the sku. With over a thousand items, we do not have them all memorized by SKU. Mailing list subscribers are eligible for sample sale purchases and free shipping on selected items.
