Car Console Lookout Seat for Small Pets 4lbs

Pet car seats allow for dog's natural curiosity to look out the window while minimizing motion sickness. Attach easily to any vehicle's seat belt for complete safety. It enables them to ride up front with you, on the console between the front driver's bucket seat and the passenger seat. Washable cover has a cozy, sherpa lining and a quilted nylon exterior in either Black or Khaki. Console Lookout Car Seat fits on the car's console between the driver and passenger seats. Ideal for smaller pets up to 4 lbs.

It will normally allow small pets to see out the car window while kept safe with a harness and our connecting safety strap that connects the harness to the Console Lookout. It will boost the pet about 3 inches above the console. The Console Lookout is, in turn, secured to your front bucket seats by means of straps that hold it in place, keeping it from being thrown in cases of sudden stops or accidents.

Installation instructions come with the Console Lookout, but it is similar in design to our regular Lookouts.

  • It has a comfortable foam form body
  • It has a washable, removable cover, Faux Lambs wool interior, nylon quilt or naugahyde (vinyl with a leather-like finish) exteriors.
  • It straps through the driver and passenger seat to hold the Lookout to the console for security Console model comes with one strap for attachment to safety harness (not included). Available in the colors in the dropdown menu below. New colors available soon.

      Installation
      Go to the left side of the passenger seat and the right side of the driver's seat, connecting underneath the seats to a bar or seat support. This puts the straps in a position behind the console when in place.
      The Lookout seat is then placed on the console withthe containment straps to the rear. Through each loop on the containment strap put the seat strap, previously installed. Reconnect and tighten the seat to the console.
      A third strap is located in the front of the Console Lookout which goes inside the console's cover and is secured when the console's cover is closed, adjust as necessary.

      Your Pet Should be in a Walking Harness.
      The security strap supplied goes around the containment strap by releasing the buckle on the security harness, placing it around the containment strap and reattaching it. The silver harness hook goes around the D ring in your pet's harness. For safety in an accident, do not attach the harness to your pet's collar!!! Enjoy your ride.
      To remove the Lookout, simply release the seat buckle, slip out the Lookout containment strap and refasten the seat strap buckle so it will be ready for the next trip.
